Our team – St Noa Girls Football Club produced a sprinted and determined fight on Saturday, 14 March 2026 as they overcame hosts Kampala Queens FC by a goal to nil in a Finance Trust Bank FUFA Women Super League matchday 15 that was played at the Phillip Omondi Stadium Lugogo.

The #BellesWithGoals goal was scored by Marion Serenge in the 71st minute
after amazing team play orchestrated by Martha Babirye who would later provide an assist to Patricia Nayiga.

The match began with our Head coach Richard Ntege making changes to the team that drew 1-1 with Rines SS WFC last week by introducing Daphine Apio and Brenda Nassaka ahead of Esther Babirye.
The line-up changes saw the team holding procession and dominating in the counter attacks and descent passes and crossing past the centre led by Patricia Nayiga and Sumaiyah Nalumu.

As the match grew into the first half, our hosts kept knocking and asking questions but a resolute defence led by Barbara Anomo, Mary Ayugi and Nancy Mandera proved the difference against the quick passes of Catherine Nagadya and Joanita Ainembabazi. This led to a goalless draw at halftime.

Upon resumption, #TheBellesWithGoals kept up the hard press and made a few changes. Dorcas Lwalisa, Sunday Giovanna and Maureen Kitimbo were introduced and fluidity and quick passing and pressing increased the end result was the 1-0.

The result came in with loads of joy for the team as our player Marion Serenge was named as the Finance Trust Bank player of the match an award that came after the goal she scoredto give us the three points.

The win listed #TheBellesWithGoals to fifth position in the table with 21 points.
